University Health, a historic hospital system located in Shreveport and Monroe, called on Romph & Pou Agency to take on a difficult task. The task was to not only establish their new brand to combat low brand-awareness and a generally negative public perception as a charity hospital but also to  promote its world-class physicians, technology and diverse service lines.

Romph & Pou Agency rose to the task by establishing its premier campaign “The New U,” which focused on proliferating the hospital’s new name through the use of television, radio, outdoor, social media, print, digital media and more. Since then, University Health has seen an amazing transformation: increasing its inpatient volume by 3.9% and achieving the coveted Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval® as well as a reputation as a high-quality academic medical facility.
