Robert retains more than 30 years of experience in strategic marketing
planning and creative leadership, with a specialty in customizing media tactics and messaging to ensure successful results. Robert assembles and supervises a team of experts to accomplish marketing objectives in an efficient, effective and measurable method. He owned and operated Gremillion & Pou Integrated Marketing with Anne Gremillion for 35 years. Jeffrey Romph became co-owner with Pou after Gremillion retired in 2016, so the company’s name changed to Romph & Pou Agency in 2017.

Jeff has nearly two decades of hands-on experience in healthcare executive
leadership and management, and more than three decades of work in strategic positioning, public affairs, government and the news media. His scope of work included referral relationship and volume-building strategies for physician practices and hospitals; community engagement and positioning strategies; and brand management, marketing and public affairs. He is a former Deputy Chief of Staff and Press Secretary for Louisiana Governor Charles E. “Buddy” Roemer and a veteran adviser to more than a dozen political candidate and issues campaigns.
Group Account Director
Chelsea has been a part of the Romph & Pou Agency team since mid-2008,
joining the company as an Account Coordinator. Over the years, Chelsea has worked her way up to Group Account Director overseeing the Healthcare, Retail & Automotive division. She currently directs a team of Account Managers and support staff to service clients across the country. Chelsea is a graduate of Centenary College of Louisiana with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication: Professional Writing.
PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER
Ed Walsh manages Romph & Pou Agency’s Public Relations and Community
Engagement team. Ed joined the agency in 2014. He came to Romph & Pou from Caesars Entertainment, where he was over marketing, public relations and entertainment for its Horseshoe and Harrah’s Louisiana Downs properties in Bossier City, Louisiana. Prior to that, Ed spent 25 years in news as a reporter and anchor for a number of television stations in the Northeast and the South. Ed has been able to blend his marketing and television experience to offer clients public relations guidance that is successful in getting media coverage. Since joining Romph & Pou Agency, Ed has worked with healthcare clients, nonprofits and advocacy groups on campaigns.
Gray has worked in the marketing industry for the past six years, joining the Romph
and Pou team in 2014. Gray was previously a talent manager at a Genesco Sports Enterprises located in Dallas, Texas, where he helped negotiate contracts between professional athletes and major national brands. Pursuing his passionate interest in the science behind consumer behavior, Gray graduated with honors from Louisiana State University with a degree in Mass Communication (2010) and then earned his Masters in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin (2012).
